Run Pentester's free scan (no credit card, under 30 seconds): https://pentester.com I sat down with Ryan Montgomery (0day) at DEF CON and asked him to show me how fast a predator finds a kid online. It took minutes. Using an anonymous account and a decoy photo, men in our own hotel started messaging what they thought was a little boy, and one of them was 78 feet away. Then Ryan pointed his OSINT tools at me and pulled every phone number and address I've ever had, starting from my name and one phone number. Heads up: this conversation is about child exploitation and online predators. Nothing explicit is shown, but it is heavy. In this video you'll learn what OSINT (open source intelligence) actually is, the free tools Ryan uses to find accounts from an email, a username or a face, why vigilante predator stings can wreck real cases, how to help the right way through an NGO like Sentinel Foundation, and what parents can do right now to keep their kids safe online. Whether you're a parent who just wants your kids safe or a hacker looking for work that matters, Ryan needs your help.
